Satellite Introduction

Gaofen Series

Gaofen-3 is China's first 1m C-band multi-polarization SAR satellite, launched Aug 10, 2016. Gaofen-3 02 and 03 were launched Nov 23, 2021 and Apr 7, 2022, forming a three-satellite constellation.

The constellation significantly improves revisit frequency and application capability for all-weather, all-time Earth observation.
